The terms and conditions of Jasmine O’Shea are set out below. I value providing a personal service and understand what an important purchase this artwork will be for you. If you have any queries about purchasing an original artwork or a Fine Art Print, or you are unsure how the terms and conditions may apply to your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me.


Ordering

Artwork by Jasmine O’Shea is available to purchase from my studio, the online store, by e-mail or from any of my exhibitions. If you are interested to purchase an artwork of Jasmine O’Shea’s and you need more information or feel the need to make a personal appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact me at jas@jasmineoshea.com.au


Originals and Fine Art Prints

The images of the artworks shown on the website, the online store and on social media are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours will accurately reflect the colour of the artwork. Therefore, the artwork may differ vary slightly from those images.

Jasmine O’Shea is not responsible for the colour accuracy of any original work of art or Fine Art Prints displayed on the website, the online store and social media, and disclaims all liability in this regard.


Delivery and shipping

Delivery is handled by Australia Post. Your order is usually dispatched within 1 week. Delivery usually takes place within 2 weeks of the dispatch conformation, although this cannot be guaranteed, as occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control. Note that international customs charges are for the buyers account.

If you notice any damage when your package is being delivered, you can either refuse the shipment as (damaged – return to sender) or you can request the delivery company to mark the tracking as (received damaged, subject to further inspection). Please file the claim immediately! You also must keep all boxes and packing material. When you contact us you have to inform us with the tracking number off your box, a description of the damage and its value. For any claims you have to make photo’s of the damaged package and send them to Jasmine O’Shea. 


Cancellations

You have the legal right to cancel or change your order within fourteen (14) days of placing your order. This means that during this period, if you change your mind or decide for any other reason, that you do not want to receive the Jasmine O’Shea artwork that you have ordered, you can notify me of your decision to cancel or change the order. If the order is to be changed for an item of lower value a refund will be made for the difference of the retail value. If the order is cancelled within 14 days and you have paid the full purchase price, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact me.

We then will refund the order amount within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that we have received the return of the product in the original condition and without any damage.

In the unlikely event there is an issue about the quality of the artwork or it is not the artwork ordered, Jasmine O’Shea Art will endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Please contact me to explain your specific queries.

Privacy policy

Jasmine O’Shea Art is committed to protecting your personal data. In the Privacy policy, I want to give clear and transparent information on how I handle personal data. Reading the privacy policy regularly, you will keep you informed of the changes.

I do everything I can to ensure your privacy and therefore I handle your personal data carefully. Jasmine O’Shea Art adheres in all cases to the applicable law and regulation, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that I in any case;

  • Process personal data in accordance with the purpose for which is was provided, these goals and type of personal data are described in this Privacy policy;
  • Processing of your personal data is limited to only that data which is necessary for the purposes for which they will be processed;
  • Ask for your express consent if we need it for the processing of your personal data;
  • Appropriate technical and organisational measures have been taken to ensure the security of your personal data;
  • Do not transfer personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for carrying out the purposes for which they are provided;
  • Are aware of your rights concerning your personal data, like to point them out to you and respect them.

Return policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, up to 14 days after receiving. After cancellation, you once again have 14 days to return your product. We then will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return of the product from your home to our address are for your own account. Please refer to your carrier’s website for exact rates.
